Meet Dr. Patrick Tran

As a nonprofit, The Adrian Institute (TAI) is dedicated to raising awareness for the rare pediatric cancer Clear Cell Sarcoma of the Kidney. Adrian Tran was less than 2 years old when he was first diagnosed with this rare tumor. His father, Dr. Patrick Tran is the founder of TAI.

As a Physician, he was able to view Adrian's Treatment from the

perspective of both a doctor and a patient. From this, he was inspired to create TAI to support other families suffering from this rare disease and be a strong advocate for these patients.

Many of The Adrian Institute members have had first-hand experience with CCSK. This experience provides us with the insights necessary to most effectively utilize our resources to reach the children and families who seek support.

Our empathy is an effective tool for supporting families and providing them with a living portrait of hope!

MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of The Adrian Institute is to provide education, promote awareness, and offer hope and encouragement for individuals and families coping with Clear Cell Sarcoma of the Kidney Cancer (CCSK).

We also partner with life and mindset coaches to offer coaching sessions for members. As parents of a young child with CCSK, Dr. Tran and his wife strive to offer individual onboarding to the community and offer members connections to resources to aid along the journey.
